Brow Permanent Makeup in Vake, Tbilisi - Hair-Stroke and Powder Technique
Brow permanent makeup at Ann Maison in Vake, Tbilisi sets brow shape and color long-term, combining microblading and powder-shading techniques. It gives the face a lasting contour matched to your facial anatomy. The full procedure takes 2 to 3 hours, results last 2 to 3 years depending on skin type and aftercare. Prices start from 450 GEL.

Long-lasting brow shape and color
Modern brow PMU is not the painted-line look of 2005, it is an individual shape with pigment matched to your skin undertone and a technique that imitates natural hair lines. Microblading creates fine natural-looking strokes, powder shading adds depth and a soft fill effect.
PMU is a commitment, you wear the result for 2 to 3 years. That's why consultation, shape sketch, and patch test are mandatory before the session. The first touch-up at 6 to 8 weeks completes the pigment retention cycle.
- Microblading, natural-looking, mimics hair lines
- Powder shading, soft, ombre effect for depth
- Combo technique, lines plus shading in one session
- Pigment matched to your skin undertone, no yellow or blue cast
- Numbing cream for pain minimization
- 6 to 8 week touch-up included in the price

Brow PMU aftercare, the first 10 days
Four critical rules, proper aftercare determines pigment retention and the final result.
7 to 10 days, no water or sweat
Avoid water, sweat, or cosmetics for 7 to 10 days. Crusting is normal, do not pick it, the crust holds the pigment.
Balm 2 to 3 times a day
Apply the balm we send home in a thin layer 2 to 3 times daily. Excess balm is also bad, only a thin film.
14 days, no sun, tanning beds, or sauna
Direct sunlight, tanning beds, and wet heat for 14 days. UV and wet heat destroy pigment before it sets.
6 to 8 week touch-up is mandatory
The first touch-up completes the pigment retention cycle, without this session the result is incomplete. Book the appointment now.

Brow permanent makeup FAQs
Microblading vs powder shading vs combo, which technique is for me?
Microblading creates fine hair-like strokes for a natural appearance, ideal for clients with sparse brows who want a realistic hair effect. Powder shading uses a soft pixelated pigment for an ombre filled-in look, better for oily skin and clients who like a defined makeup look. Combo combines both: hair strokes at the head, powder fill at the tail, the most popular and balanced option. The master picks during consultation based on your skin type, lifestyle, and the look you want. If you prefer a non-permanent option first, see our brow lamination as a 6 to 8 week test drive.
How long does brow PMU last?
2 to 3 years depending on skin type and lifestyle. Oily skin retains pigment slightly less, in that case an annual color refresh keeps the look fresh. The mandatory 6 to 8 week touch-up after the first session is included in the price and completes the pigment retention cycle.
PRE-CHECK: pregnancy, breastfeeding, allergies
Brow PMU is NOT performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding, this is a strict contraindication. For sensitive skin or allergy history we always do a patch test 24 to 48 hours before. Also disclose: blood thinners (Aspirin, Warfarin), accutane use within 6 months, recent botox/filler in the brow area. Tell us at consultation, we'll determine if PMU is safe for you.
Is the procedure painful?
Numbing cream brings sensation to a minimum. Most clients describe it as a sharp tickle rather than pain. Particularly sensitive skin can be flagged in advance for stronger numbing. The session takes 2 to 3 hours but the actual pigment-application portion is about 60 to 90 minutes.
What happens during healing, what should I know?
7 to 10 days of crusting, this is normal. Color darkens during this period then lightens, the final color settles 4 to 6 weeks later. Do not judge the result in the first week. Strict no-water/no-sun/no-cosmetics for 7 to 10 days. The 6 to 8 week touch-up fills any color gaps the body's natural process leaves behind.
Will the master speak English?
Our master speaks Russian fluently and conversational English. Shape design, technique selection, color matching, and aftercare instructions are all comfortable in English. Bring reference photos to make the design conversation easy regardless of language.
