Cuticle care holds 3 to 4 weeks. Shellac on toenails 3 to 4 weeks (toenails grow slower than fingernails, so wear is similar despite different cycles). The SPA option keeps heels smooth for 4 to 6 weeks because the paraffin and intensive mask hydrate deeper.

Classic, generally not at all. E-file (for thick heels or cuticles) lets the master regulate depth precisely, no pain. With ingrown nails the area can be slightly sensitive, the master works carefully with sterile instruments. Tell us about pain points before we begin so we adjust pressure.

Deep cracks (especially in winter) improve significantly in one visit, full smoothness may need 2 to 3 visits. The SPA option (scrub plus paraffin) is the fastest path and includes the intensive mask that retains moisture between visits.

The master can recognize visible signs but medical diagnosis is outside our scope. If fungus is suspected, see a dermatologist first, then return for the pedicure once treated. Our sterile instrument protocol reduces the cross-infection risk to effectively zero between clients.
